Who has ever remembered to make a small vegetable garden by the window or on the balcony, and thus have some vegetables available to eat at home? A lettuce, some radishes, or at least some aromatic herbs ... But then comes the demotivation: we have no seeds, we have no space, nor talent ... There is always an excuse for not giving way to our farmer's vein ... In the meantime, we buy all the vegetables we cook, while wasting many parts that we think are of no use for consumption.
