Butterflies are fascinating for children, thanks to their appearance and the way they fly. Watching butterflies allows us to discover more about the biology of these insects, and to know the details of their bodies. Closely examining the wings of butterflies we can discover and analyse patterns and symmetries, which can be exploited to build playful butterflies.
This activity comes under the program #cienciavivaathome. From the kitchen to the bathroom, even walking through the garage, no room was left out: after all, science is everywhere!
