How could you perform a physical activity that would strengthen your muscles and bones in both your upper and lower body?
The program Mission X – under the ESERO Portugal, sponsored by the European Space Agency - ESA, offers a set of physical activities to inspire kids to be fit as an astronaut.
You will perform body-weight squats and push-ups to develop upper and lower body strength in muscles and bones.
